The popularity of Spanish tapas have exploded the last few years, and new restaurants opening are concentrating more and more on smaller plates – which is what tapas is all about. This is for when you would like to nibble on different dishes and foods but don't end up feeling stuffed at the end of the night. This is food where wine accompaniment plays a major role - wine lovers rejoice! We serve everything from seafood to sausages, meat, vegetarian and egg dishes. Our famous sangria has been rated top notch by some of the biggest foodies and drinks lovers in NYC – try it out! If you’re lucky, Sunny will whip up a couple of specialties she picked up directly from her Spanish sister-in law,
a native of Madrid. Ole!

Mexican Fiesta
No need for Cinco de Mayo to be the date when you book this party. Regardless, we guarantee you the best party foods from Mexico made by Mark, who luckily for us – happens to be Mexican! You think you’ve had Mexican food? Not until you’ve tried our selections! Tacos, chilaquiles and enchiladas are only the tip of the iceberg, we also go fancy on you and showcase how amazingly varied this cuisine can be, and how the flavors surpass anything you’ve tasted so far. As a matter of fact, we’re craving Mexican food right now!!


From Russia With Love
Sunny, a native of Norway, which borders Russia, is not quite as boastful as Sarah Palin, who claimed she can see Russia from her house. Regardless, we are fascinated by this cuisine and in this selection we will feature the typical Russian feast. For starters, we serve blinis topped with smoked salmon, sour cream and caviar, all paired with ice cold vodka shots. We will showcase different Russian vodka brands and can, by request, include a comparative vodka tasting by Sunny, our in-house Certified Specialist of Spirits and consultant to ultra premium vodka brand, Heavy Water. Borscht, Chicken Kiev, and Beef Stroganoff are just a few of the options available. Na zdorovia!

A Cocktail Party to Remember
We will work with you to select 7-10 appetizers from our cocktail party menu list and pair them with the best wines and fresh fruit cocktails for your party. All appetizers are made to look beautiful, but most importantly will make your guests beg for that tray to come back around again and again and again….

Casual Dinner Among Friends
Sometimes we just want a simple, nice dinner to serve to good friends, and feel comfortable and relaxed in our home while somebody else takes the stress out of making and serving the food. We will be there to take care of everything, so that you have all of the evening free to socialize, and catch up with your friends, rather than worry about cooking.
This selection is also perfect for when you'd like to invite your neighbors over, but have procrastinated on the idea forever since you don't know how to impress without the stress... Everyone appreciates good neighbor relations, and we believe a little food and wine among new friends will create bonds for life. Scandinavian Smorgasbord
The spread will include everything from gravlax and smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, pickled herring, delectable spreads on home-baked, traditional Scandinavian bread, cold cuts, roast beef, pates, salads and relishes. This is an especially interesting selection, as Sunny, a native of Norway and Mark, a chef with years of experience at highly esteemed Scandinavian restaurant Aquavit in Manhattan– will also be able to showcase local, Scandinavian traditions in a very personal way.

You will welcome this selection if you would like to kick off a workday in a positive way with an early meeting with colleagues and clients, or just invite friends and family over for the most delicious breakfast they will ever have. We all know that breakfast is necessary to lead a healthy, long life – and it also makes you eat less the rest of the day! We will create a breakfast suited to everybody’s taste. A glorious choice of home style pancakes with fresh berries or a diversity of egg dishes and spreads paired with our gourmet selection of teas and coffees - from the simple to the more elaborate, we have what everybody wishes they could eat at the start of the day! We even create a specialty "brunch" drink that will make you a hit and a serious competitor to the local breakfast spots in town... This selection can also be dropped off at your door if you prefer privacy and would like to serve breakfast to your loved one(s). You may end up making breakfast your favorite meal of the day!

When you would like to watch your waistline, or simply discover that healthy food can taste oh so good! We will include a list of “positive food” with this selection, and ways to cook that don’t add a lot of fat or calories to your diet. Sunny is especially fond of this selection, as she spent a year in Rome and ended up falling in love with food in this very city. From hearty soups and pastas to more elaborate entrees – we will show you in a most personal way how Italians are masters of our “simple, but flavorful” theory. The key is using the freshest of ingredients and put a little “amore” in to the making – and eccola – you have a secret formula!

Seafood Only, Please
Bring a real taste of the sea into your home with this customized selection of different items; you may include everything from shellfish to tuna, salmon, cod and octopus. Many people are intimidated by selecting and preparing seafood, but we will show you the rewards of how picking this theme by serving you some of our best dishes and make you want to recreate these the very next day!

Wine Country Dinner
Let us make believe we are in the midst of Napa Valley, or in the rolling hills of Piemonte – or perhaps you’d rather be in Mendoza, or on the outskirts of Bordeaux, in Burgundy or in the dreamy Loire Valley… This is a 6-course “international” wine dinner where we bring you to different, celebrated corners of the world where wine is the focus.
This is where we will create superb meals that will bring out the best in the wines selected. Sound backwards? In Sunny's opinion, this is the way most people should eat! Naturally, we will match food with location - Alsatian sauerkraut and sausages with a wonderful Pinot Gris or Riesling, or try one of the delicious Selections Grains Nobles dessert wines of the same area with a ripe, blue cheese... we could of course go on.. have we tempted you yet??

Executive Meeting
This applies to any business lunch when your company is having a quarterly "brainstorm" meeting, or a dinner party for entertaining important clients where good food is needed to create a positive, impressive atmosphere that will get the creative juices flowing! Your department might be celebrating something special, or it might be the week before the end of the year and you want to throw a special luncheon or holiday party for your employees as thanks for their hard work. We work the 'old fashion way' and even offer a Martini or two under the lunch option, but that's entirely up to you!!

BBQ At My House
Mark was born and bred in Texas – need we say anymore? Have a personal and professional pitmaster at your grill to show your party what barbecue can REALLY taste like! We showcase barbecue from six different parts of the world, and demonstrate how barbecue can be a lot more than just hot dogs, hamburgers and corn on the cob (hey, we're not knocking any of these items, we might even include them!). We also prepare an appetizer and dessert to make this experience so amazing you will want to utilize your BBQ every day of the year!

Grown up Party, Kids Optional
For a late afternoon / early evening party, where the kids might join in at the beginning but fall out towards the end when the adults can gather around the table for a glass of cognac, port or liqueur. For the kids we create fun soft drinks along with a healthy, but tasty and fun meal. For the adults – a meal that you love but normally would not have time to create with a full time job, a house full of kids and everything else that needs to be done in a given day. Give yourself a gift on a regular day – celebrate life, good company and good food as it should be celebrated every day!
