If you’re the owner or manager of an institution you feel has a food or beverage menu that needs revamping, we’re here to help! We offer food and wine pairing consultation, detailed menu item development including chef’s tasting menus, and last but not least we build wine lists – either from scratch or help revise the one you have. We work with all budgets and pride ourselves on building different menus that is bound to attract attention from both customers as well as media. Hourly rates apply.

Private Events:
If you are planning an elaborate party where your goal is either to impress or spend minimal time planning – let us offer professional advice and step-by step suggestions to how you can best plan and implement a perfect party. Everything from table settings, flower decorations, food and wine menus, service and spirit selections can be developed without much effort on your side!

Wine Purchasing and Collecting:
Ever feel overwhelmed, clueless or nervous walking into a wine shop, not knowing where to begin or what to look for? You still would like to buy a nice collection of good wines, either for you to sample in the privacy of your own home, to bring to a friend’s house, or to purchase an impressive bottle of wine for your boss, your better half, or in-laws…. No matter what your price point is, we will find the perfect selection(s) for you that is guaranteed to satisfy even the most selective of palates. This consultation includes a lesson in what to look for on labels, which will tell you more about the actual wine, region and country of your choosing.
